In-store hiring.
Recommended by a manager in-store. I applied online through company's internal job-board, since it wasn't being displayed online. I think they thought positive of me, so I got the job easily. I was interview by the Assistant Manager. The interview mostly revolved around how to get the most out of cashiers and how to fulfill the daily Master card quota. What steps could I take to ensure goal achievement!

Application process is simple. Applied online and was called for interview in few days. Simple and easy process. Had direct interview with the manager. Asked for availability. After the interview she said will let me know in few days.

If a customer is disappointed by the service provided by a cashier and becomes angry about it. How would you handle the situation?
You will be asked just simple behavioral questions that are situation based. Any previous experience will help a lot to navigate through the process. Confidence and positive attitude is required.
