Very simple stuff. Applied online, was called the next day and asked to come in for an interview, I was honest and told them my availability and they worked with me to make sure the job I applied for would work, the HR pushed me in the direction of electronics due to my experience and their needs vs my availability.

"discuss a time when you went above and beyond for a customer"
Super easy and casual. Asked my availability and previous work experience and then just explained the job to me. Took about ten minutes, just be available and agreeable and you’ll get it.
Sat there was asked questions interviewer wasn't really interested in what I had to say and wrote out what they wanted to hear and offered the position on the spot
Easy, it was like one question that was related to my customer service experience and knowledge. Basically, it was confirming that you are a functioning human capable of helping customers.
