I had applied for walmart and got a call back for an interview. I went into the interview and sat side by side with the interviewer, she asked me a few scenario questions which i answered perfectly. After the interview she turned her head directly away from me and did some type of signal to the other woman sitting in the room. The other woman then stood up and thanked me for coming in and told me that I would recieve a call from the manager in 2 days and that interview is the one that counts. I waited by the phone for 3 days and never recieved a call so i called the hr department and they told me they stopped hiring casheirs but that the man would call me in a week when they were back hiring cashiers. I called back and he was on vacation every time i called. Wal-mart gave me the run around and i was very much lied to.

the interview was a casual interview and they did not ask much questions as i expected so it was pretty average to me not hard and not that easy to be very honest just there

Very well, clean, respectful, kind, caring, very quick and I would recommend to the average teenager who wants a job. Very clean and ethical, professional visual too. An interview process involves screening applications, scheduling interviews, asking role-related questions, evaluating skills and culture fit, checking references, and selecting the best candidate for an offer

The interview was really good there were 2 and the men that interviewed me made me feel very comfortable. Ron was one of the Assistant Store Manager and he made the processes very quick.
