After a lengthy online application they had me wait a few weeks before calling me in for an interview. It was pretty basic to say the least honestly. Because I applied for electronics I was asked what I knew about electronics. I explained I am decent with computers and keep up to date with both the business side and cultural side of gaming which surprisingly helped me get the job.

Super easy and casual. Asked my availability and previous work experience and then just explained the job to me. Took about ten minutes, just be available and agreeable and you’ll get it.
Sat there was asked questions interviewer wasn't really interested in what I had to say and wrote out what they wanted to hear and offered the position on the spot
Easy, it was like one question that was related to my customer service experience and knowledge. Basically, it was confirming that you are a functioning human capable of helping customers.
