Pretty straightforward, typical retail interview. Make sure you answer fully and look your interviewer in the eyes. Be honest about your ability to handle stress, business, and customer interactions. Always tell them about any other relevant experience working in other retail, running a register, or doing customer service. Make sure you tell them about your strengths, especially pertaining to customer service. It’s Walmart, so standards are not super high-but that also want to know you aren’t going to be calling for a manager to do your job every five minutes.
Fairly easy. Multiple rounds. Just have positive attitude. They’ll do an initial round. And then you meet with 2 other supervisors on 2 different occasions. They just want to make sure you will be friendly to customers and be able to listen and follow directions
The interview was fine but you definitely get the big box store vibe. It was a bit rushed through, I could tell the manager was going through the motions but I also don’t necessarily expect anything more.
Not ideal. Low effiency. Lots of rounds. Waste of time.
The interviewer lack respect. Dont waste your time. Low wage.
Lots of works. interesting back. I dont belive its a good fit
