I Spoke with manager and she selected me on the front end. The interview was great actually, just talking to the managers informed me on expectations. Also, they asked if I was comfortable at registers and did I have experience. I told them yes and that sold them even more to put me on the front end.

When you have a customer complaint and need the manager, what do you do?
Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
Fairly easy. Multiple rounds. Just have positive attitude. They’ll do an initial round. And then you meet with 2 other supervisors on 2 different occasions. They just want to make sure you will be friendly to customers and be able to listen and follow directions
The interview was fine but you definitely get the big box store vibe. It was a bit rushed through, I could tell the manager was going through the motions but I also don’t necessarily expect anything more.
