I have not been on an interview recently, but it's typical for there to be several rounds, starting with HR and then meeting with various members of the department that you're applying to work in. Interviews can be with individuals or with groups.

One thing that I was asked about was experience. Another was about having a learning mindset.
There is typically a phone screen with a recruiter, then you either have a round with HR from the department or go right to a hiring manager round. Then, there is typically a panel before verbal offers are made.

Entrevista
Initial phone interview. In person interview. Then offered position and was asked to respond fairly quickly with decision. In all, was about a month log process from application date to offer and proposed start date.
