Lengthy (3 interviews and 3 assessments), fast-paced steps, very pleasant final interview. I think I was a favorite throughout the process but I didn't receive an offer because (according to the feedback I receieved) I behaved or interviewed as though I already had the job and that may have come off as over-confident. I just wanted it badly.
