Entrevista
It started with a brief phone interview with Operations Team Manager: typical "get to know you" questions, inquiries about past jobs, etc. I received a call the next week to interview with all of the managers at once (in store). The interview was casual but professional: questions about how I would handle the situations that arise in Operations intermingled with pleasant conversation to lighten the mood. It is actually my favorite interview I have ever experienced. Received a call about 1 week later to discuss a job offer.

Online survey. Then video interview. And only after one to one interview. Personal interview took around 30 minutes. Video interview require to submit 3 short video answers online. Online questions took me 30 to 40 minutes. More about personality.

The interview process was lengthy. I submitted an online application, did a digital interview (recording myself on camera), an interview with the assistant manager, interview with the sales manager, and an interview with store director. Normally you go through one more interview with the Market Vice President but I did not have to do that.
