The interview process was intense but comfortable. Not nearly as intense as other interviews I have had in the past but still effective. Mainly based on personality, ethics, and drive. It was about 45 min. long and was mostly focused on behavioral type questions. This was just for the intern position though. For a full time rep job you would have multiple interviews with the sales managers and were evaluated on your performance as an intern.

Interview process is straight forward and includes a prescreen phone call followed by 1-2 more interviews. A decision is then made. Interviews consist both of cultural and job related questions to gauge experience and altitude. Candidates should be prepared to speak to their different experience and how the role aligns with their goals.
