Entrevista
It was a 4 step process:
-HR interview with basic resume and behavior questions
-online assessment of .NET/Python/OOO
-panel interview with development manager + 2 developers
-final interview with CTO
The process is laid out from the start and moves quickly once you have the initial HR interview. I don't recommend prepping for online assessment as the questions are either general programming principles or specific enough that general interview prep would not help.
Overall it was a pleasant interview experience and while you still need to know things like data structures and complexity, you won't be inverting a binary tree on the spot.

Entrevista
Initial non-technical interview with HR, then online technical programming quiz done at your own pace over the course of a few days. I did not receive any explanation as to why I did not move forward.

What is the difference between "=" "==" and "===" in Javascript
Spoke with an HR person as a first round. She was quite standoffish and acted like her time was being wasted. They very clearly had an ideal candidate in mind and although it was clear before the interview I did not work with their technology of choice in a few years they decided to waste both of our time anyway. Seems like they are wanting all of the experience in the world but not willing to compensate above entry level anyway.

Applied for an internship. Mainly asked about experience and expanded on questions from resume. Met with few members of the team who were all very laid back. Had a call with them first, then an in person interview.
