1. Recruiter Screen 2. 2 Person Panel 3. An "assessment" where you have to give them real product strategy and then they just steal your ideas and don't hire you, as per usual

Was contacted for a phone screen. Selected a time. Phone call came in from someone at the selected time. When I picked up I could not hear anyone. After saying "hello" several times, hung up and tried calling back. No answer, went to voicemail, and message did not indicate who's phone is was. Left a message stating that I could not hear whoever called and to call me back. Also sent an email stating same. I was never contacted. Either recruiter missed the call, or gave up when it didn't work the first time. This is the least amount of effort I've ever seen from a hiring company.
