Easy going didn’t really ask me any interview questions mostly personal stuff like availability and if I’m comfortable making announcements. I was rehire eligible so that might have been why the process was simple.

There were 2 interviews both were easy and both recruiters were very nice welcoming and informative. They covered pay, commission, training, expectations, dress code, as well as
personal feedback. I enjoyed speaking with both Erin and Jered.

Entrevista
Interview Process was easy. Answered questions on video chat. Never met my manager until after I was hired. Not a bad thing though I guess. Background took forever to come back. I wasn’t trained properly after taking the job. Honestly wish I wouldn’t have. Bad atmosphere to be inside of Walmart because the Walmart employees expect you to do their job too.
