They use the STAR interview process which I think isn't a great thing because it's not really personable. It's a panel interview where they ask around 5 STAR questions

Firstly, we start with the Hr interview. Secondly, we go through the technical interview. Lastly, the candidate, if passed, will have an interview with the GM. the process takes some time according to the importance of the position and the department

there were technical exam and personal questions as well
It was a bit difficult but the questions were relevant and interviewers were frank. Interview took around an hour and they responded back a week later. During the process, I have received materials about coca cola company and this helped me to get to know them better.
