One of the strangest interviews I have ever experienced. After submitting my application I was reached out to by a Thales Corporate HR rep who was very nice and asked me about my experience and background and scheduled me for an interview with the hiring manager. When I got on the call they briefly explained the position and then just stopped talking. They didn't ask me a single question. So I began asking questions and giving examples of my experience. The interviewer agreed that I seemed very qualified for the position, The only thing I can think is that maybe they already had an internal candidate in mind for the position and they were simply going through the required motions of ruling out any other candidates. I consider it very disrespectful of my time and was frustrated and disappointed by the entire process.
