The application was very thorough and the assessment centre was a long day aimed at testing individual and team working skills. The assessment centre was a very long day but you felt that you had worked to achieve any offer. The aim wasn't to test your "cramming skills" but to get an idea of who you are and how you would fit within the company and the team. Technical skills was important but also personality and ability to think critically and openly.
