Whatever the listed salary band, Thales will pay slightly above the lowest listed band. The entire HR process is disjointed; cumbersome; and inefficient. It took 5 weeks, after applying, to get a HR screening. After the HR screening, it took 8 business days to speak to the hiring manager. HR did follow-up post the interview with the hiring manager and then they went dark! The hiring process is riddled with unprofessionalism, long waits, and silence.
