Telephone interview - standard series of questions. My interviewer was slightly argumentative, but perhaps that's just designed to put people off. The telephone interview was later followed by on-site interview. This was answering a questionnaire, two 1-1 interviews, and a group tour.

Any experience in sales? - the job wasn't for direct sales, but if they have offers or deals they most likely want those pushed onto viable customers.
