I applied online and had a telephone interview with HR couple of weeks later. Then a face to face interview with the hiring manager. I was competency based interview for about an hour. At the end of the interview I was told that I will hear from someone either way in two weeks time. That day came and went and I didn't hear anything from them. At this point I knew that I was not successful. Few days later I contacted HR to get a feedback as I thought I'll be useful to know how I did and what to be improved as an interviewee. HR completely ignored me and never bothered to come back to me. I thought it is bit unprofessional how they treat the unsuccessful candidates. It's nearly 4 weeks now I'm still waiting for a feedback!
