I applied online and within three days I got a phone call from the store manager saying that they would like me for an interview and if I could wear all black. At my interview I had the manager and the assistant manger conducting it but they were both lovely and very friendly. It started with a shop floor exercise where I had perfume testers that I had to give to customers, this was to see how I interact with customers. Then there was a more formal interview with questions about customer service and how the store could save money. Finally it ended with them asking me my availability and what hours I was looking for. The manager told me that she would phone me that day and two hours later she rang to tell me that I have the job. It was one of the best interviews I've ever had.

it was rather swift its better to go in with your cv and availability. they like it when people are able to work immediately. the staff are usually quite chill Superdrug is a rather laxed environment
