The interview was a two stage process whereby I was invited to submit an application on line with my CV attached I was then requested to attend an interview with the HR department and the line manager who asked a series of set questions On being successful I was invited to attend a second interview with the company’s logistics Director and the southern regional distribution manager at which I was requested to bring and present a 15 minute power point presentation After which I was asked a series of questions relating to costs man management and direction I saw the E commerce project evolving
