Really bad. Got no support when i said that the online interview was not working and got emails back that had nothing to do with my enquiries. It was also a video recorded interview and this is what i had difficulty in accessing.

easy and professional and polite which is good when you may feel uncomfortable doing interviews but this was very friendly. The management there are great at interviewing too so it was nothing to stress about

One to one interview with a store manager, where they run through standard questions and also a 30 minute trial on the shop floor where you have to locate a certain item.
