The interview process was extremely simple, unofficial, and was also very unstressful. The interview process was held in the store and most of the interview was just getting information about me.
I submitted my application to Subway online, then got called in for an interview with the store manager. During my 15-30 minute interview, they asked about my availability, customer service background, and ability to work in a team. After clearing my background check, I received a job offer within a few days.
Short, to the point. Interviewer was kind. Answered all my questions.
