Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Subway (Burnaby, BC) en jun 2014
Entrevista
I was called the day after I dropped off my resume in person at the restaurant. I was met by the owner of the Subway, who was polite but curt. He seemed relatively uninterested in me as a person, and didn't ask me typical "interview questions". The interview was short, and ended with organizing a training shift.

I was asked about my availability, and whether I had foodsafe training. I didn't, but the interviewer didn't seem to care.

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
