i walked in and the manager and owner were there waiting at the table . the greeted me then asked me a couple questions do you do drugs ? have you worked for subway before what are you strength and weakness. can you open and closed. there were no test just conversation i had the interview yesterday so im still waiting as they were interviewing other candidates. i hope i get that call :)

Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
