Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 6 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Subway (Taylorsville, UT) en mar 2012
Entrevista
A dry entry into a store I passed daily, that suddenly featured, a 'Now Hiring' sign resulted in my filling out a form-fillable resume, as directed by the Sandwich Artist present. Somewhere between 3 and 5 days later, I received a call from the's stores owner to set a date for the following day to interview. The call had strong insinuations that the he interview was perfunctory, and I was asked at that time if potentially starting the first day of the next week on a morning shift was a possibility. Proceeding to the interview, it was in no way unusual and consisted of sitting at an eating booth in the store with the owner who asked 5-6 rapport building, ultra-basic questions and presented me with the corporate materials to read over and sign my understanding upon. Within ten minutes, I departed with a uniform and work schedule.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
