This has been my first job. I got there about an hour early, (which I suggest you go to any interview at least 15 mins early because it shows good reliability) and the manager was still working, so I waited around until she was finished and could see me. She sat down with me, was very relaxed and outgoing. I've heard some people say on here that they'll give you math problems, I didn't have that issue. Although I would suggest still brushing up to be sure anyways. It was a calmer experience than other interviews I've been on, I felt very relaxed. She asked me to tell her a little bit about myself, asked my means of transportation and if that was reliable, asked if an employee was to call in "sick", how I would react, when I would become suspicious and what I would do. She didn't really ask me any hard questions at all, which was a huge relief to me because I thought I would get slammed with hard questions like some of my previous experiences with interviews.
