I showed up to the interview, and my interviewer didn't take much time at all to show up. At the end of the interview, she gave me the list of sandwich formulas. MAKE SURE you remember these! Some customers want to be in and out and don't have time for you to mess up their order or go look it up, and things go much smoother.

15 minute chat with the manager who told me what was expected of me and the type of candidate they were looking for. Only asked one personality question and the rest was more about Subway.

Easy. Will ask about work experience and expected pay hours you can work and thats it was literally offered to start next day. One in person interview. Look happy be friendly and your in.
Sat down with manager and was asked about my work experience. At this point I had zero experience in the food industry but I was still called back and hired.
