Entrevista
I applied online and came in the next day because they were having open interviews every week on Thursdays. Once I arrived a line started to form and when time she called us in one by one until everybody went. After my interview she told me I got a second interview. After my second interview I got a call a week later saying they would like me to join their team. I was not added to the schedule to work until 2 weeks later.

Tell me about yourself? Gave different scenarios about how it'd be working there. How long should it take to make someones sandwich? How would you get along with your co-workers?
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
