My interview experience at Subway was positive and straightforward. The interviewer was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. Most of the questions focused on my availability, customer service experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and how I would handle different situations with customers. The interview was relaxed, and I had the opportunity to ask questions about the position and the work environment.

I was scheduled to meet at the location I was applying at by the hiring manager. They brought me in and the hiring manager didn't actually show up. I was told by an employee that they weren't going to make it. I got the job anyway.
