Most interviews at State Street are pretty short and painless. You will have to meet with two people in the room. One person will most likely be more senior than the other and lead the dicusssion. There is a set list of standard HR questions that are supposed to be asked, but most interviewers have their own set of targeted questions to ask based on the group they are in.

Though initially technical, the junior-role interviews focused on behavior. They prioritized cultural fit and strong communication skills over deep technical expertise to ensure the right candidate was selected. Overall, the interview was not difficult but you need to prepare.

one conversation with the recruiter followed by a 6-8 person panel interview. very conversational, already knew the team via internship. No technical questions were asked, just wanted to know how i think/why join the specific business unit.

After that second round scheduled for technical round. Again self intro was done and resume walkthrough. Later past work experience is discussion happened
