Apply through website and the store manager will reach out via email. Interview was 20-30 mins and you get a free drink. I only had one interview and was told that I would receive an email in a few days regarding a decision.

They asked me how I handle conflict, what my favorite drink is, do I like working with a team, and how would I handle a difficult encounter with a customer.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.

After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
