Interview process was fairly pleasant. The first round was with the recruiter, second round was with two employees. The third round was a little bit more difficult because it was with the two people the role supported. I can tell in the third interview that they didn’t like me and the feedback I received afterwards and basically told me to apply for a barista as though I was not qualified for the position.

In general, good and honest sharing from interviewer.
Understand those requirements and expectations clearly.
Interviewer is open minded with positive attitude. I'm genuinely excited about this role.
