Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Starbucks (Seattle, WA) en ene 2023
Entrevista
I had three interviews with Starbucks, the first with a PM, then a Designer, then the Marketing Manager. I have extensive experience as a PM, and the interview with the manager should have been perfunctory, but she concentrated on scrutinizing my product knowledge rather than focusing on my skill set. I did not move on in the process--and this was for a temporary fill in position.

3 stages. Recruiter, hiring manager and director.
Not too challenging as they are new to Product, but the people were lovely.
Each one lasted around an hour.
Recruiter would call after to give any feedback available which I thought was great.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks!
Fairly long process. Included a few phone interviews followed by video call with the team and a project you present during the final interview with the person you report to and the team you’d be working with.

Too long but worth it in the end because they let you know immediately if you got the job. They do ask a lot of technical questions and want to know about your motivitation to work for this company.
