The interview was very pleasant. It occurred in one of the stores. I had my interview with the store manager. It was very comfortable, warm, and welcoming to be in the store for the interview. They interviewed me for about an hour, asked me about my experience working and what I currently did. They discussed the pay and the benefits.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum

it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
