You came into the store and interviewed with the store manager and a supervisor, the interview was about 30 minutes long then you received an offer within 24 hours. Once you accepted the onboarding process took about 3 weeks (background check, training, etc.).

I was interviewed by the store manager. Although I do not have any experience, I expressed my desire to learn and work. She asked about my availability and since I was a student that time, I said I'm free during weekends.

Very casual conversation, asked about my previous work experience as well as my past positions in the service industry. It was very friendly and resulted with me being offered the job.
