El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Starbucks (Houston, TX) en jul 2009
Entrevista
Mind you I am 15 years old with a worker's permit.
Okay I applied early in July I called Starbucks the next week, the store manager told me to come in for an interview the upcoming Monday.
The interview was at 12 o' clock p.m.
I had on very dressy but same time casual nice enough wear.
I was offered any free beverage, and a Barista told me "he'll be out with you any minute now."
The interview was set-up out in the open at one of the tables 1:1.
He was very impressed with my analytical abilities and skills and hardwork that I had as a 15 year old.
The only thing that stopped me from getting the job was my availability hours they needed someone for mornings and I could not work mornings.

Pregunta 1
Why do you want to work for Starbucks at such a young age?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
