Entrevista
I filled out an application online and two weeks later I got a call for an interview. I came in the next day for an interview and the barista working asked if I'd like a drink. She made the drink I asked for and told me which table to wait at for the manager. He came out a couple minutes later. He was friendly and the interview felt pretty casual. He asked me some standard questions like what my responsibilities were at my last job and why I wanted to work at Starbucks. He asked me for an example of a time a customer might have left disappointed at my last job and what I could have done to make things better. He also asked me a time at my last job when I felt upset because a manager or coworker gave me some criticism on my performance and how I learned from it. I was able to come up with answers pretty quick for most of his questions and I felt that it went pretty well. He thanked me for coming in and said he had a couple more interviews to do and would call me within a week to let me know. He called me 3 days later and said they were interested in hiring me. He then submitted my information for a background check and 2 days after that it came back clear and he offered me the position.

First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).

Received an email asking to schedule an interview for the following week. The interview took place in the store itself, and took about 15 minutes. The questions were pretty average.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
