The interview went really well, they offered me a free drink when I told them I was there for an interview. The vibe of the place was comfortable, and the interviewer was very nice. She asked me some basic questions, then let me ask some. I was informed if I did not hear from her by the end of the week, then someone else was hired.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum

it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
