Easy, sat down with store manager and offered on the spot. Received a call after to enter a background check. Easy conversation, was only about 20-30 minutes and offered a drink while I was there.

Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.
