Quick, efficient interview that lasted about 20 minutes. Got an email about my resume and scheduled the interview for the next day. Interviewed with the manager of that location. The usual questions about strengths and weaknesses.

What are your biggest strengths that would lead you to be a good barista?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
