Standard process, asking me about my background and what I look for in my new role. Interviewer told me he has to forward my questions about the role to the manager and will come back to me but that never happened.

Describe a challenging project you’ve worked on and how you overcame obstacles.

Entrevista
- First is a 30-minute phone screen with an Engineering Manager. The talk was very relaxed and casual as the purpose was mainly for them to get to know you and what you are doing currently and for you to understand the company and the role a bit more.
- The next stage is about an hour interview with a couple of the Product Managers at Spriggy. The interview consisted of more behavioural questions where I got asked what I know of Spriggy's product, why I want to join, and my working process in my current company.
- The third round is an hour-long interview with a couple of the Engineers at Spriggy I was drilled a bit deeper into some of the projects I've worked on at my current company, including the tech stacks and my contributions. There were some behavioural questions related to my how I approach challenges at work as well.
- Finally, the last round consisted of a 30-minute chat with one of the founders at Spriggy. This was a casual relaxed chat where there wasn't any interview questions asked, but rather another opportunity where I could ask a bit more about Spriggy, its journey so far, and any other topic that you might find interesting.

Entrevista
Had a roughly 30 minutes chat with a product manager there. It was more than an HR screen, but less than an actual initial interview. She messaged on LinkedIn after a few days about not wanting to move forward without giving any reason.
