The interview process at this company belonged right out of a scene from Office Space. The interviewers/management were a joke, and not one relevant question was asked toward my current experience or education. It boiled down to just some socially challenged execs trying to inflate their sense of importance. I had to try my best to keep from laughing (and filming the process for YouTube greatness), expecting at any moment an adult to enter the room and conduct a respectful interview. Alas, that never came to be. Instead, I sent the recruiter a polite, "thanks for the opp, but no thanks" email.
