Interviewed by two supervisors in person. Both ask why you applied and what kind of pay you were asking for. General questions before taking the typing test as part of the interview. The WPM determined mostly if you were hired or not.

The manager asked me several questions regarding my de-escalation skills and previous work experience. She was very friendly and welcoming during the entire process. She also asked me if I have ever worked in a call center before. My answer was 'no' but I had customer service experience.
