I have been through the first 30 mins HR interview round which comprised of basic HR questions about ambitions, why softwire? How does working in a team ensure affect the work etc.

Blind interviews in a programming language they choose
Dissapointing experience. The recruiter was never clear with the interviews and what will happen during them (what to prepare, what to expect) and it made everything a big surprise.
During in person interviews the interviewers were silent (no Hello! How are you today? - to try to make the atmosphere better because the candidates are nervous).
Also they add contraints to the programming languages - I don't know how they ensure fair play between candidates (I assume they don't).
They run tests in the front of you between tasks to see if it's red or green. Even FAANG doesn't make that, because it affects the candidate confidence for the next tasks during the same interview.
Even if the tests were green and there was extra time left at the end the answer was no.
When I asked for feedback they told the most disrespectful thing I ever seen during my career (even if you passed the tests you were not one of the most exceptional candidates we have)
Anyhow I don't think that they really hire, maybe they just want to keep presence in the market and reject everybody. The same job was open on Linkedin for several months and reposted again and again with hundreds of applicants. I think that's impossible to not find a good match after so much time and so many people.
I don't recommend to people to waste their time applying here.

I did an HR test after I pass the online test, the lady was really nice, only HR questions, nothing technical, I think it was about 30 minutes, but we finished earlier
