      Entrevista

      I did not speak with any recruiter for the company throughout the entire process and the only contact I had was the initial email sent asking to take a personality/cognitive assessment. They first sent me a CCAT assessment to gauge my personality and cognitive aptitude. The day after submitting the assessment, I was given a link to take an 8 question coding challenge on Hackerrank. Unfortunately I did not seem to do well enough on the challenge, as I was given notice the next day that we were not moving forward with my application. Overall, while I appreciated the quick response times at each step regarding the results, the lack of interviews with any recruiters/developers from the company was a huge negative for the experience. I felt unprepared for what to really expect during the interview process and I couldn't get a feel for the company culture. I was only able to somewhat prepare by reading up on interviews through Glassdoor, but it didn't help out by much. I most likely won't be applying to any position here again unless the application process changes.
