I was tasked with doing an assessment prior to speaking with anyone. After that, I had a phone screen with the recruiter who asked the usual questions about my experience and went over the position to the best of her knowledge. She was very pleasant to talk with. After getting moved on, I did a video interview with the same recruiter. I then had to do the assessment again with her watching me.
The following round, I spoke with the manager of my team over the phone who then asked a lot of technical questions. We also talked about some non-work related things. He seemed like a great guy and made me excited to work with him.
Finally, I was moved on to the next round with a video meeting with the CTO and the previous manager. Unlike the last rounds, the vibe here was okay rather than great. He seemed more interested in talking about himself, but did ask a few questions related to my technical background. The manager didn't talk much here.
About 3 weeks later, I received an automated email that I was not selected. Honestly, my experience overall would have been very positive even though I was rejected had they not taken such an extremely long time to get back to me and in such an impersonal way after I had gotten so far with them.

To describe it in a word: Different. They have you fill out a personality assessment and some type of skills test before speaking to a recruiter. The recruiter I spoke to though, was super cool and nice! Seemed like such a genuine person who loves his job at SecureLink so props to him! Every question that I had written down to ask him about the role he answered before I even got a chance to ask! After talking to him I spoke to a senior onboarding specialist and personally, I thought the conversation went really well with him. But shortly after speaking with him, I got the email that they would not be moving along with my candidacy.

It was easy to apply and the assessment was standard. I got through the paper process and was told I did "really well." I had to do the assessment through a video conference in front of the recruiter. The communication ended there.
This company prides itself on communication throughout the entire recruitment process but they let me down hard on that. I did not hear ANYTHING after the video interview. It was only until I emailed the recruiter that initially reached out to me that I received AN AUTOMATE MESSAGE saying they have decided not to move forward with my application. I did not receive ANY feedback at all. I am extremely disappointed. I had very high hopes for this company. I was very excited about the opportunity and had not looked forward to a job more than this time. I was stoked about the company, the benefits, the culture... only to be let down by a bot in the middle of recruitment. Shame.
I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience. We do our best to set expectations and communicate as often as possible with candidates. Candidate experience really is very important to us so I appreciate your feedback. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. - Lexi Jones, SVP of People
