The interview process was technically engaging and well structured.
It consisted of three rounds. The first round was a technical discussion focused on problem-solving and real-world engineering scenarios.
The second round was a take-home assignment involving both frontend and backend work, which took around 6 hours to complete. The assignment was detailed and closely aligned with real product requirements.
The final round was a one-hour discussion with senior team members covering the assignment, design decisions, and prior experience. The overall feedback during and after this round was positive.
Following the final interview, I also received positive feedback from HR and was informed that the next step would be related to offer discussions.
However, after this point there was no further communication despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone. Given the significant time investment in the assignment and interview rounds, clearer communication or formal closure would have been appreciated.
Overall, the technical interview process was strong and interesting, but the lack of follow-up after positive feedback affected the candidate's experience.
