There are few steps - first - quick HR screening; next you are invited for technical interview; last step is HR detailed interview. Actually I am positive. HR employee was nice and asked general question such as past experience, behavioral situations etc. Technical question were not extremely difficult but tested general knowledge mainly of Hadoop ecosystem.
