The entire interview process was all over the place and extremely, extremely negative, disorganized, and traumatic for me. For my screener, the recruiter called me an hour early and luckily I was available but they did not even acknowledge they were calling at the wrong time. I should’ve known that was a sign of what was to come. Then, for a later interview, I was in the digital meeting room and no one ever showed up. I emailed asking if the interview was still happening and no one responded. I called the recruiter on the phone and they didn’t answer or get back to me until over 30 minutes past the interview start time, when I was told the interview had to be rescheduled. And they didn’t tell me until 30 minutes AFTER it was supposed to start. Then when it came time to make a decision it took over a week longer than initially promised. Terrible experience all around, even though my interviews with each of the team members went very well (once they actually happened).
